The company Ergorbis – Soluções de Arquitetura e Construção, Lda. was created in 2016, adopting the NSPACE trademark in its activity.
Our purpose is to provide services related to construction activities, namely the design of architectural projects, studies, licensing, production of photorealistic 3D images and videos, new construction, requalification, rehabilitation and remodeling of buildings, monitoring and management of works.
Since the creation of the company, we have carried out several building rehabilitation projects, especially in the greater Lisbon area. We thus acquired important experience in this type of work, which we consider very relevant and allows us to approach new projects in a mature manner and centered on optimizing the Client’s needs and the construction solutions to be presented.
We developed several architectural projects for the construction of new buildings or for changes in existing buildings across the country. We also have a wide experience in the production of 3D images and videos, very important for the realistic visualization of the developed architectural projects.
We seek to be permanently updated in all aspects of construction, in relation to technical innovations, trends and design, materials and legislation.
We dedicate special attention to sustainability and environmental matters, with the ultimate goal of finding the best construction solutions that adapts to the needs of each Client. We always seek to optimize all aspects related to the execution of each work, namely the design of the space, the materials to be used and the costs of carrying it out.
We hold a Class 2 Private Works Contractor license (Alvará de Empreiteiro de Obras Particulares de classe 2 – IMPIC – ALVARÁ DE CONSTRUÇÃO N.º 89070 – PAR).
Collaborators
We have a multidisciplinary team of collaborators, specialized in all areas of construction, namely in architecture, civil engineering and project management. We work with various partners and suppliers to provide the various services and materials needed to carry out the work, such as construction, electricity, plumbing, locksmith projects, carpentry and others.
